Each ICP is assigned a primary mentor based on alignment with ISAT 2.0 domains, within a community-of-practice mentoring model.
The Training Committee works under the mentorship of an international higher education quality assurance expert, who provides academic guidance and strategic oversight.

Prof. Dr. Ong Duu Sheng
DIES-NMT Mentor
An international higher education quality assurance expert and Principal Assessor of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency, he has served as trainer and mentor in multiple DAAD-DIES National Multiplication Trainings, International Deans’ Courses, and ASEAN-TrainIQA initiatives. His work focuses on institutional quality management systems, accreditation readiness, and capacity building for internal quality assurance across ASEAN and other DAAD-supported programs.
