Program Outputs
Planned Outputs
The core applied output of the LAKAS Program is the Institutional Change Project (ICP).
Each participating institution is expected to produce:
An institutionally endorsed ICP concept note
An implemented ICP aligned with social accountability and IQA
A final report documenting actions taken, early outcomes, and lessons learned
Sustainability and Use
Institutional Change Projects are expected to be formally endorsed by senior leadership and embedded within existing governance and internal quality assurance structures. This ensures continuity beyond the pilot phase and supports long-term institutionalization of social accountability.
